Alliance Residential Co. will be purchasing 4 acres of land located at NEC Alvarado Rd & McDowell Rd in Phoenix from Los Olivos Office Partners LLC for $9M. The deal is expected to close April 2015.

Jackson Shaw Co and LaPour Partners purchased 11.5 acres of land located at NWC 7th Ave & I-17 (Maricopa Fwy) in South Phoenix from Clinton Campbell Contractors Inc. for $2,350,000.

Regent Properties purchased Desert Ridge Corporate Center, a 293,161 square-foot office-retail property located at NEC Tatum Blvd & Loop 101 (Pima Fwy) in North Phoenix from Ohio Public Employees Retirement System for $58.6M. The property was 75-percent leased at the time of sale.

CBRE’s Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon, Kevin Shannon, Ken White and Paul Jones brokered the transaction.
