Kootenay Holdings purchased Palm Valley Office Park I & II, a 83,575 square-foot office property at NWC Litchfield Rd & McDowell Rd in Goodyear, from Key Bank for $15.35M.

Michael Lewis Co. Plans to Develop 300K SF Industrial Space at Goodyear Gateway South

BREW reports “Michael Lewis Co. (MLCo) in McCook, Ill. (Michael Simon, pres.) plans to develop a 300,000-square-foot warehouse distribution facility within the Goodyear Gateway South industrial park in Goodyear.”

Helix Asset Management and Hubble Land, LLC announced plans to develop newly acquired Pebble Creek Plaza Retail Pads (Helix Capital Acquires Pebble Creek Plaza Retail Pads in West Valley for $1.05M) located at S/SEC Pebble Creek Pkwy & Virginia Ave in Goodyear.

Plans include developing a 7,200 square-foot retail space (divisible). Advanced Auto Care is also proposing developing an auto-care center at the hard corner.

Helix Capital Acquires Pebble Creek Plaza Retail Pads in West Valley for $1.05M

Helix Capital purchased Pebble Creek Plaza retail pads located at S/SEC Pebble Creek Pkwy & Virginia Ave (Goodyear) from Eagle SPE Multi I, Inc. for $1.05M. The purchase includes a 39,204 square-foot development pad and a 29,612 square-foot land lease.

The Hogan Group’s Matt Lyons represented the buyer, Helix Capital.
