Thorofare Capital announced that the company has funded a $7,000,000 bridge loan for Indian Bend Hotel Group, LLC (affiliated of Caliber Companies) for its leasehold aquisition of 290-room Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Riverwalk.
